In honor of Mental Health Awareness Week, I’d like to highlight some of the books that are aimed in help solve. Self-help books! For many of us, that is a dirty word but many of these novels have amazing knowledge.
There is no shame in seeking help, whether or not there is a mental illness. Educating ourselves on how our brain works and techniques to calm our daily stress is important for all. So take a break and read a book! Or in this case, check out some awesome clips.
